Inside The Dream Factory

As the Rock Candy Media office manager, I have the privilege of being the first person clients and prospects meet when they visit our office. I watch dreams walk into our office every day. These dreams are all at different stages. Sometimes they’ve been in the works for years, sometimes they’re just a few weeks old, but the air is always charged with ideas begging to come to life.

What could be more inspiring? We have a constant parade of various types of dreamers – whose energy captivates and begs to join the working world as a viable growable product. It breeds an energy in our office that is always thinking and planning and growing.

It’s infectious here at RCM. I would hate to work anywhere else–we are pushed to our limits, but it’s worth it. Seeing how our marketing strategy combines with a business owner’s drive to turn all of these ideas into tangible campaigns is deeply rewarding.

It’s not just our clients and prospects that are inspiring – RCM is too. We’re never content to just make clients happy. We’re always developing bigger and better ways to grow businesses and build brands. It’s a true team effort, as the creative directors and content strategists and ad strategists all work together to get the best results possible. I’d hate to work at a buttoned-up agency where everyone just sits in their little cube and never collaborates, especially seeing firsthand the difference a true collaborative space makes.

It takes a lot of courage to come to an advertising agency with your dream, a courage that everyone at RCM respects and honors through our work. We know what it’s like to build a brand out of thin air because we did it ourselves – that’s why we’re always on the side of the underdog.
