Obsessed with business, consumer behavior, and marketing trends, she’s the ultimate nerd, geeking out with market research, case studies, and articles on the latest digital marketing breakthroughs. She likes to lead by example. She bet the farm on Rock Candy Life, a line of eco-friendly shower curtains, and won thanks to her intense passion for guerilla marketing through social mediums. Targeting influencers took Rock Candy Life to every store in every state. If at any point you’re thinking, “I wonder what Annie’s up to right now,” the answer is she’s probably thinking of ways to grow the business. You will not find another principal that cares more about their clients than Annie.

After getting his BA in Literature, Sam left his East Coast home in order to find fame, fortune, glory, and good tequila in the untamed frontier of Austin, Texas. He escaped the recession but arrived at a dustbowl, where he started working as a copywriter and content strategist, until he found Rock Candy Media. In his years at RCM, Sam has proven to be one of the best strategic minds in advertising. As Managing Partner & Creative Director, Sam dreams up the big picture strategies that unlock new revenue streams for our clients, while personally ensuring that we never abandon our focus on creative, unexpected work.

The old-school halls of journalism couldn’t sate Kyle’s thirst to produce content, so he turned to the dark side and started advertising. Kyle’s creative mind is the driver for RCM’s day-to-day operations. He works directly with our clients to ensure that what we’re producing establishes them for long-term success. Kyle also manages our California office at RCM WEST.

Scott is a studied designer turned self-taught front-end web developer. With an appetite to consume the lastest web techniques and developing trends he utilizes the web as his playground. Jake had big dreams of writing for a living but fell victim to the cold realities of this world. He now finds solace in serving up flame content strategy in his favorite city in Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys road biking and eating lunch alone.
Brad is a UX designer with more than a decade of experience. He honed his style making badass tour posters and t-shirts for bands and indulges in that same rebel spirit when doing branding for RCM clients. Brad’s designs capture the personality and value of every RCM client.
A former political strategist, Donald analyzes our clients’ media spends to ensure that we’re generating the maximum value from their budgets. Using daily analytics, Donald is constantly optimizing where we place our clients’ dollars.
Starting her career at RCM, Jessica is a recent graduate of Texas ready to use her new knowledge of Advertising. She concentrates on getting your ads to in front of the right people for the right price.
After earning her undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Austin, Debbie’s education and career led her back home to New Orleans, and New York and Houston, before she got the hell back to Texas! She loves helping organizations tell their stories and getting in front of new audiences, which makes her a great fit managing RCM’s public relations and strategic partnership efforts for all our clients. Debbie’s experience and knowledge spans nonprofits to leading companies across various industries.
